1. How much is the initial deposit?

A flexible deposit of just $150 per stateroom is required to secure your spot on the manifest.

2. When is final payment due?

Final payment is due in April 2027. Your exact monthly payment schedule will be generated automatically in the TravelJoy portal after your deposit.

3. Are payments refundable?

No. Due to strict contractual obligations with venues and entertainment, all deposits and payments are strictly non-refundable. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

4. Do I need a passport?

A valid U.S. Passport is highly recommended. However, an original Certified Birth Certificate paired with a valid Government-Issued Photo ID is also acceptable.

5. What ship are we sailing on?

We will be taking over the newly re-imagined Carnival Sunshine.

6. Where do we depart from?

The cruise departs directly from the Half Moone Cruise and Celebration Center in Norfolk, Virginia.

7. What are the exact dates?

We sail from May 6th to May 10th, 2027.

8. What is the VIP Turn Up Upgrade?

The $500 VIP upgrade per stateroom grants exclusive entry to the Celebrity Mixer, skip-line access to all events, premium concert seating, and custom lanyards.

9. Are flights included in the price?

No. Patrons are responsible for their own transportation to the Port of Norfolk.

10. What is the dress code?

There will be 5 custom themes to maintain the Victory Standard (including an All-White Party). Formal moodboards will be released in your dashboard soon.

11. Can I bring my children?

Yes. The Carnival Sunshine is family-friendly with youth programs. However, NTC private events and mixers are designed as adult-focused environments.

12. Is food included?

Yes. Standard cruise dining (main dining rooms, buffets, 24/7 pizza/ice cream) is included in your booking.

13. How do I book an excursion in Bermuda?

Official NTC group excursions will be loaded into the 'Pre-Voyage Logistics' tab of your dashboard closer to embarkation.

14. Can I change my roommate later?

Name changes are subject to Carnival's strict policies and may incur administrative fees. Please confirm your travel partners early.

15. Do I need travel insurance?

Because all sales are final, we highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance independently to protect your investment.

16. When do we get our room assignments?

Stateroom assignments begin in May 2026 for early bookings. Check your TravelJoy portal for updates.

17. How do I get my NTC wristband?

Credentials will be provided by the NTC Concierge desk on Embarkation Day or mailed directly to your registered address prior to sailing.

18. Will there be B2B networking?

Absolutely. The Manifest is designed for power-brokers. Dedicated executive mixers are scheduled throughout the voyage.

19. Can I sponsor the event?
